All you have to do is login to your taweet account with your twitter account, easily add your dates and events, configure your widget, copy and paste the widget code into your site and you have an event widget on your website.
The tawidget site uses an HTML code that allows you to place the widget anywhere on your blog. This can be helpful for scheduling important events to tweet about, or future tweets in general. I found it useful for organizing personal events, and having them posted via twitter. I still find the coolest future is the fact you can customize the widget to be the same color as your blog, so it can fit in, which worked perfectly for me. This is a great free widget to use.
